Hi, Can we look beautiful without any makeup? Sure. It is true that makeup helps to cover up many of our imperfections and helps us to look beautiful and flawless. But there are many situations that will require you not to wear any makeup. Besides that, applying too much makeup products on our skin damages our skin. So it is time to think how to get a gorgeous look without applying any makeup. Here are some simple tips to look beautiful without any makeup on you.

1. Exfoliate Once a Week


Skin exfoliation is very important and make it as a part of your skin care regimen. Proper exfoliation helps to remove the dead skin cells and thereby makes your skin clear and smooth. If your facial skin is perfect without any blackhead and whitehead problems, you can exfoliate your skin at least once in a week. Never exfoliate more than twice a week. It is better to opt a natural home made scrub if you are comfortable with it. After exfoliation your skin will be more fresh and soft. Make sure that you are exfoliating your lips too.

2. Use a Good Toner


Toner is an amazing skin care product which works wonders on your skin. It helps to balance skin's pH level and leaves your skin refreshed. You can use a good alcohol-free toner after cleansing/ exfoliating your skin. It removes the excess oil from your pores and helps to shrink the pores. A good toner, up to some extend, is one of the best solution for acne prone skin.

3. Moisturize Daily


Never forget to moisturize your skin after washing it with water. Moisturizing helps to reduce  drying out your skin and avoid the chances of excess wrinkles. So it is very important to find a good, everyday moisturizer suitable to your skin type. If you feel your skin is so dull and exhausted, you can use a tinted moisturizer to provide some freshness to your skin. 


4. Apply Sunscreen


Always apply a good sunscreen, if there is chances for you to expose to sunlight. The UV rays from the sun causes premature aging of skin and also makes the skin looks dull. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher. Make sure that you apply the sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out. Tinted sunscreens are also available nowadays which helps to blur out  any blemishes or dark spots on your skin.

5. Get Good Brows


Always keep your eyebrows look neat and tidy. Well shaped eyebrows are always attractive and enhances the beauty of your eyes and other facial features. You can use tweezers to remove the stray hairs if your eyebrow shapes are well defined.

6. Style Your Hair


Trim your hair on a regular basis to improve its look and feel. It helps to get rid of split ends and thereby improves the texture of your hair. Give proper treatments (deep conditioning, hot oil massage and hair masks)  to your hair if you seem your hair is dull and lifeless.

7. Stay Hydrated


The Golden rule to get a healthy, flawless skin is to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. It helps to remove the toxic substances from your body and keeps your skin fresh and healthy. You can use infused water (with lemon, cucumber, strawberry, mint) which works wonders on your skin. 

8. Eat Healthy


A nutritious diet is the easiest way to achieve a healthy skin because skin can be affected a lot by a poor diet. Make sure that your are including a good amount of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. Also you can include other healthy ingredients like nuts, lentils , beans in your meal. Try to cut out junk foods from your diet plan.

9. Get Good Sleep


Lack of sleep makes your skin dull and lifeless. A good sleep is an essential thing for maintaining a healthy skin. A peaceful sleep removes the stress from your body and gives a healthy glow to your skin. It also helps to remove the dark circle around your eyes and slow down the aging process of skin.

10. Be Confident


The actual beauty relies in your attitude and confidence!!! So love yourself believing you are perfect and give importance to yourself. Never depend on anything external to you( like your outfits, makeup) to build confidence within you.
