What is Vajrasana
Vajrasana, otherwise known as diamond pose / thunderbolt pose is one of the ideal yoga postures for beginners. It is one of the best postures for meditation and to practice your breathing exercise. It tones your lower body muscles and makes it more flexible. It is said that by practicing Vajrasana regularly, your body becomes as strong as diamond. It makes you more sturdy. Since it is a meditative pose it helps to relieve stress and calms down your nerves.

How To Do:
- Kneel down on the floor with your lower legs stretched backwards and toes crossing each other.
- Sit on the heels by resting your buttocks on heels and thighs on calf muscles.

- Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
- Stay in this position for 5-10 minutes and gradually increase the duration.
