Mash ripe banana well to a smooth paste. Add honey and coconut oil to it. Mix them well to get a smooth mixture.

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 2 Tsp Olive oil
How To Prepare:
Extract the pulp from ripe avocado and mash it well until it is smooth. Add Olive oil to it and mix well.

4. Coconut milk Hair Mask

  • 1 cup thick Coconut milk
  • 2 Tsp Olive oil
How To Prepare:
Refrigerate coconut milk overnight. Separate the thick cream from top of the container. Add olive oil to it an mix well. You can apply this mixture all over your scalp and hair.

  • 2 Tsp Coconut oil

Mix the two ingredients together to a smooth paste and apply on clean scalp and hair.

  • 2 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 2 Tsp Honey
How To Prepare:
Whisk yogurt well and add coconut oil and honey to it. Mix all together to a smooth paste. Now it is ready to apply.

7. Almond Milk Hair Mask

  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
How To Prepare:
Mix Almond milk and honey together and apply on your scalp and hair.

How To Do Protein Treatment:

  1. Shampoo your hair before you apply the hair protein mask. A prior washing of your hair makes your scalp and hair clean and helps to penetrate the protein mask effectively, and you will get the maximum result out of it.
  2. Towel dry and remove the excess water from your hair.
  3. Apply the protein mask all over your scalp and hair.and leave it there for 30 minutes. You can use a shower cap to cover your head.
  4. Then rinse off the hair mask with normal water.
  5. You can also wash your hair with a mils shampoo and conditioner as you normally do.
